- Registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, (3) Refreshments and Lunches, and (4) Conference Lunch. No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event.
- All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
- Your conference registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the registration fee. No refund may be processed after payment settlement.
- Student participants must present valid student ID card upon admission to the house.
- The registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration system will automatically close once the spots are fully filled.
